1. Delivery & Fulfillment

• Same-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 8:00 PM to qualify for same-day delivery.

Orders selected for Next day delivery will be dispatched the following business day 

• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be processed for delivery the following business day.

• In-Store Pickup: Local pickup is available at our boutique during standard operating hours (9:30AM -8:30PM)

• Out of Region Delivery: We ship nationwide using FedEx Express and VIP Parcel services or customer’s preferred courier.

• Shipping Fees: Out-of-region orders attract a total shipping fee of GHS 65. This covers the GHS 30 handling fee to the parcel office and the GHS 35 transit fee to your destination.

• Timeline: Out-of-region deliveries typically arrive within 24-48 hours after dispatch.

2. Returns, Exchanges & Credits

To maintain the exclusivity of our collection, we do not offer cash refunds.

• Exchanges: We offer exchanges within 24 hours of receipt, provided items are unused and in original packaging.

• Store Credit: If an exchange item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued to your account for future use.

3. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for the full cost of exchange and return delivery fees.
