Refund and Returns Policy

At Xo Chic Boutique, we take pride in the quality of our curated collections. To maintain our high standards, please review our policy regarding exchanges and store credits.

1. Exchanges & Store Credits Only

No Cash Refunds: We offer exchanges or store credits only. We do not issue cash refunds.

24-Hour Window: Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Delivery Options & Fulfillment

Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 8:00 PM. Delivery is handled via third-party couriers (e.g., Yango,Bolt,Uber deliveries) and fees are dynamic based on the time and distance of delivery.

Next-Day Delivery: Available for customers wishing to save on costs. Orders placed after 8:00 PM will automatically fall into this category.

Boutique Pickup: Customers are welcome to select “Pick Up” at checkout to collect their items from our boutique.

3. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the full cost of the exchange, including all return delivery fees.

Our Responsibility: If the exchange is due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong item sent), XO CHIC Boutique will cover the full cost of the delivery fees.

4. Process & Availability

Availability: Exchanges are subject to the current availability of the desired replacement item. If your size or style is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your item, your exchange or credit will be processed within 24 hours
