What are your delivery timelines?
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within Accra typically takes 1-24hours and 24-48hours out of Region, depending on your location and delivery method selected at checkout.
To help streamline our order processing and ensure faster dispatch for all customers, we no longer accept payments on delivery. All orders must be confirmed with a successful payment via our secure checkout (Mobile Money or Card/bank transfer) before they are prepared for delivery.
We want you to love your purchase. If a piece isn't quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit within 24 - 48 hours of delivery. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for "change of mind" or sizing errors.
To be eligible, items must be in their original, saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached. For hygiene reasons, certain items like jewelry, swimwear, and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Store credit is a digital balance added to your XO Chic Boutique account that never expires. When approved for an exchange, you will receive a unique coupon code via email, which can be applied at checkout on your next purchase. Simply enter the code at the payment step to redeem your balance toward any eligible item in our store.
Absolutely. Our website uses industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We partner with secure payment gateways like Paystack  to ensure your transactions are safe and seamless.
Orders may be canceled due to insufficient stock or invalid payment information. Because we no longer offer Payment On Delivery (POD)an order is only considered "active" once payment is verified.
Yes! If you are located in Accra, you can choose the Store Pickup option at checkout to collect your order in person. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email or SMS notification with pickup details. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation when collecting your item.
Orders must be collected within 5 business days of your pickup notification. If your order is not collected within this period, it will be restocked and store credit will be issued to your account as a coupon code for the full amount.
Yes! We deliver nationwide across Ghana. Delivery timelines outside Accra typically take 2–5 business days depending on your location. International shipping is not currently available, but we are working on it — stay tuned!
We accept Mobile Money (MoMo), bank transfers, and card payments via our secure checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed safely. We do not accept cash on delivery at this time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details. You can use this to monitor your delivery status. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, please reach out to us directly.
We begin processing orders quickly, so please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to make any changes. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. If your cancellation is approved, you will receive store credit issued as a coupon code to your email — valid on any future purchase, with no expiry date.
